For the sea, go between June and September: since 2026 Taggia–Arma di Taggia has a Blue Flag. The seafront promenade runs from the 1565 Fortress towards the centre. To visit the historic centre of Taggia, with the Convent of San Domenico, spring and autumn are ideal; the convent can be visited in the rain too. In February, for San Benedetto, the furgari, Taggia’s traditional fireworks, are lit.
