Seafront promenade and trails

The cycle and pedestrian path along the former railway starts from the marina: about 11 flat km to Varazze, with stretches in tunnels and above sheer drops to the sea. When the sea is heavy or there are storm surges, some stretches may be closed: check before setting off. The trails of the Beigua Park climb quickly to altitude, where it’s cooler and the weather changes fast: check the forecast before walking.
