Albenga’s old town is easy to visit even in the rain: the early Christian Baptistery, the Roman Naval Museum at Palazzo Peloso Cepolla, the Civico Museo Ingauno at Palazzo Vecchio and Magiche Trasparenze at Palazzo Oddo share a single ticket office at the tourist office. In good weather, boat trips go around Gallinara Island: when the sea is rough they may not run.
