The match
Italy play three home matches in November: 7 November against South Africa in Turin (Allianz Stadium, 12.40pm), 14 November against Argentina in Genoa and 21 November against Fiji in Udine (Bluenergy Stadium, 5.40pm). The Ferraris match is organised by the Italian Rugby Federation (Federazione Italiana Rugby), which presented it at Palazzo Tursi together with the City of Genoa.
Genoa is one of the cities that have hosted the national team several times: in 2022 the Ferraris sold out for the match against South Africa, and recent years have brought wins over Georgia (2024) and Chile (2025).
Tickets and prices
Tickets are sold only through the federation’s official channel, TicketOne, where registration is free. Prices are as follows:
- Gradinate Sud and Nord (South and North stands): €12
- Distinti Laterali (side stands): €40
- Distinti Centrali (central stands): €50
- Tribuna Ovest (West Stand): €60
As early as mid-September the federation reported very limited availability in the Tribuna and the Distinti, with two sections close to sold out: the €12 Gradinate were the easiest seats to find. Check TicketOne for current availability before you plan your trip.
How to get to the stadium
The official plan for 14 November, including any special buses and road closures, has not been published yet. It usually comes out shortly before the match on the website of AMT Genova and on the City’s site. For Italy v Georgia in November 2024, AMT ran special lines to the stadium and there were closures and bans in the Marassi area: expect something similar and check in the days before.
Because kick-off is at 12.40pm, the flow towards the stadium will be concentrated in the late morning: arrive early, and book your accommodation early too.
A weekend in Genoa
You can combine match day with the rest of the city. The Porto Antico (Old Port) has the Genoa Aquarium and the Biosphere, while in the old town the caruggi (narrow alleys) lead to the Palazzi dei Rolli. For after the match, our guide to what to eat in Genoa lists the specialities not to miss, from focaccia to trofie with pesto. If you stay on Sunday, Camogli and Portofino are among the best day trips on the Levante coast.
