Five viewpoints together give a fair picture of the day: sea, wind, cloud and how crowded it is.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use the Bordighera webcams<\/h2>\n<p>The webcams are not just for browsing: they help you plan. Before heading to the beach, look at the sea from the Lungomare and from Bagni Kursaal: long waves or white crests mean wind or a rough sea, and a swim will not be pleasant. To see whether the weather is turning, check the sky from Via dei Colli, which sits high up and covers a wide stretch of horizon. To find out whether there is room on the sand, or how many people are out walking, use the two Lungomare views.<\/p>\n<p>Most are still images that refresh at short intervals, not live video. In general, the hills close to the sea shelter the town from cold northern winds, which is why winters are among the mildest in Liguria, and in summer sea breezes keep it cool. Rain is concentrated in autumn and spring, while July is almost dry.
